Senior military leaders render a salute during an award ceremony held on U.S. Naval Base Guam, Oct. 14, 2021. The award ceremony was held to present the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station Guam Naval Exchange (NEX) the 2020 Best in Class Bingham Award for Sales Category 5 ($4-$12 million). The Bingham Award is presented to the top NEX’s around the world in nine sales categories for overall financial results and customer service. Established in 1979, the Bingham Award is named after U.S. Navy Capt. W. H.
