Military leaders pay their respects after laying wreaths during the 9/11 ceremony at Two Lovers Point in Tamuning, Guam, Sept. 11, 2023. The ceremony consisted of the laying of wreaths in remembrance of the nearly 3,000 lives lost on the tragic day of Sept. 11, 2001. This year marks the 22nd anniversary.
