U.S. Marines stationed on Guam run past the village of Piti in Guam during a 248-mile run as part of a celebration of the upcoming Marine Corps 248th Birthday, Nov. 8, 2023. The run began at the Southern Invasion Beach where Marines with the 1st Provisional Marine Brigade landed during the Battle of Guam on July 21, 1944.
